For those making bookings in 2007 we are offering an information booklet we have compiled that gives recommendations of where to eat and shop, places to visit and useful island facts and figures. This is specifically aimed to help our guests get the most out of their stay in Casa Jacaranda!

Casa Jacaranda Booking Terms and Conditions

If you are simply making an availability enquiry using the form above, you will not be obliged to take up or pay for any accommodation we offer to you.

If you confirm that you wish to make a definite booking, whether in writing, by Web, E-mail or by telephone you are then making a contract with us to pay for the accommodation. If you are booking the accommodation more than 6 weeks ahead, we will then request a reservation deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay, the balance to be paid upon arrival. If you are booking 6 weeks or less ahead of your stay, then payment is due upon arrival.

Clients who are subsequently not able to take up the accommodation booked should contact us at the earliest opportunity to cancel or change their reservation. If you cancel and we can re-let the property, then the reservation deposit may be returned less any costs.

Clients who do not take up the accommodation booked in their name and who do not contact the owners in advance to cancel the booking or to explain their absence, will lose any deposit made and will be considered liable for the full cost of their booking.
